- Stuart, can you take the lead in capturing the order of operations, dependencies (funding, HW ordering, etc.), and borrowing from the hosted trials side, defining how we capture customer use cases and success criteria and time binding the PoC, and how /when we engage the CFE team to help with that and the engagement itself. We’ll also need to ensure we have ops and support in place. A lot is already in the attached, but we haven’t really ratified it nor executed well against it in a consistent manner.
