- Observations from treatments
- Left Shoulder/Arm
- much better - some clicks and pops on rowing movement, but no pain
- Some remaining pain at end of ROM in IR exercise - (anterior delt near top of humerus)
- no longer wakes me if I end up laying on my left side
- Left Ribs
- worse this week - gets worse as day progresses
- Left Forearm
- 90% improvement in grip, some residual pain on gripping
- Pelvis/Right Hip
- pain in SIJ continues to improve
- have not needed to do 'peeing dog' exercise to correct this week
- right QL still feels overactive/tight
- Left Hand - 50% reduction in size of 'lump' and feels less restricted
- Notes from exercise
- Running - some left knee pain after run, medial patella/VMO.

- Areas to explore/address (in order of priority)
- Left Forearm
- pain on gripping/lifting
- often aches in elbow crease
- noticed difference in ER/IR compared to right, possible bony misalignment?
- Left Ribs
- dull ache/muscular burning sensation in left left torso at same level
- Left Shoulder
- muscle coordination issues
- Left rhomboid - under firing
- Left Lat - firing at wrong time (ie. fires when doing 'wall punch' isometric)
- Left trap - overactive (firing when raising arms)
- hard to fire small posterior rotator cuff muscle
- Stomach / Esophagus
- gravelly throat, hoarse, burping
- worse since addressing FIT intolerances
- possibly driven by internal dysfunction?
- Right TMJ
- 'slips' when chewing hard items (e.g. tough meat)
- Get acute burning sensation through TMJ and ear canal when it slips - lasts 2-3 minutes
