- Top things I worked on this week
- Worked with PC Edge team to understand their requirements and develop a draft PRD. The [Draft PRD](PCCP-Edge PRD [draft] v0.1.docx) is currently with the PC-PDGE PM team for early review.
- Ownership clarification:
- Andrew will continue to lead the finalization of documentation (PRD, Service Description, etc.) as well as the content development and delivery for PAC (concept commit, pricing, etc.). Stuart Stent will be the primary point of contact to represent Morpheus Vinay and Bharath will continue to provide input and guidance from SVT and PCBE respectively as we collectively build out our PC vision and strategy. Tariq continues to provide architectural guidance and Divakar is the solution architect
- Discussions on Suse KVM plugin development developed a viable path forward
- Reviewed current state of Thales plugin and worked with internal A&PS and Plugn development resources to get an initial code review completed.
- Cloud Ops Suite - multiple discussions to refine the token based model incl. workshop
- Reviewed Merlin AI concept (was asked to assess for viability as a product)
- Created deck outlining current state of integration compatibility with HVM and comparing availability in VME vs Enterprise
- Worked with PC Edge team to understand their requirements and develop a draft PRD. The [Draft PRD](PCCP-Edge PRD [draft] v0.1.docx) is currently with the PC-PDGE PM team for early review.

- Continue working with PC Edge team to refine the requirements and being developing the detailed feature requirements
- Work with Thales team on next steps to complete testing and determine path to publish plugin
- Create security hardening epics for Cloud Modules and others.
- Review competitive market landscape for Merlin
- Integrate updated SBOM into ALA and sent to legal for review (delayed due to technical issue on Adam's end)
- DONE Confirm multi-tenancy in Morpheus completed:: 08-12-2025
