Provide constructive comments to the author(s).
- The author(s) outline a simple but effective solution to the problem of being able to provide statistics on end-to-end RTP streams by modifying the header to include a synchronized timestamp. This solution while simple, seems to provide adequate data for further analysis, and doesn't appear to have any obvious issues (assuming a local NTP server providing reasonable sync resolution).
