Issue: PDUs in racking mounted in incorrect orientation as delivered from HPE, and tie-down kits missing.

Request: [Under warrenty] Engineer onsite to change PDU orientation (change from Top to Below) in 2 racks and replace the tie-down kits (Q9V01A - HPE Universal G2 Rack Tie Down Kit x2)
|
||||
These racks were purchased internally and do not carry any extra support.
|
||||
To help locate the warranty here is a serial number from one of the items in the order - TH35KWLFC9
|
||||
|
||||
The racks are located in an Equinix colocation facility (address below), and we will need to coordinate with the engineer to create an access ticket etc before they can go onsite.
