  • Observations from treatments
    • Right lower leg
      • ankle feels more 'stable'
      • less clicking/popping
      • pronation improved?
    • Left Shoulder/Arm
      • getting stronger with daily exercise (Isometric holds in 6 DOF - lateral, medial, internal rotation, external rotation, anterior, posterior)
      • overactivity of right pec reduced, but possibly needs more FLuSH pec minor?
      • pain in gripping reduced and can lift some things, but still there and aches if overused/overloaded
    • Left Knee
      • pain/aching reduced
      • some clicking/popping on knee extension
        • possibly caused by overactive hip flexor pulling knee medially?
  • Areas to explore/address (in order of priority)
    • Left Forearm
      • improved with manual therapy, but some residual pain on gripping/lifting
      • often aches in elbow crease
      • noticed difference in ER/IR compared to right, possible bony misalignment?
      • Apr 23rd, 2025 Sarah Barnes did manual release
    • Left Ribs
      • Lower ribs subluxing anteriorly
      • dull ache/muscular burning sensation in left left torso at same level
      • Apr 23rd, 2025 Sarah relocated, but still aching feeling for next day
    • Left Shoulder
      • muscle coordination issues
        • Left rhomboid - under firing
        • Left Lat - firing at wrong time (ie. fires when doing 'wall punch' isometric)
        • Left trap - overactive (firing when raising arms)
    • Right Hip
      • consistently hiked / functional leg length difference
        • Sarah has been correcting it downwards each session
      • QL/Piriformis too overactive/dominant?
        • Right piriformis flush? Or too destabilizing?
    • Stomach / Esophagus
      • gravelly throat, hoarse, burping
      • worse since addressing FIT intolerances
      • possibly driven by internal dysfunction?
    • Right TMJ
      • 'slips' when chewing hard items (e.g. tough meat)
      • Get acute burning sensation through TMJ and ear canal when it slips - lasts 2-3 minutes
