- After eliminating my sensitivities and allergies my food habits changed from the food log - below is a list of the things I tend to eat at the moment.
- Breakfast (find it hard to find good options here)
- 1 Rice Cake + vegemite
- Coffee
- Lunches
- Protein Shake
- Rice Protein (1 scoop) [True Nutrition]
- Superfood (1 scoop) [Biotest]
- optional - 1 banana
- Salad
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/2 Avocado
- protein greens (organic girl) - approx 120grams
- a protein - turkey Pattie / left over steak / left over buffalo (100grams)
- Platter
- hummus / buba ganoush
- 2-3 carrots / 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 avocado
- 100g beef liver (sometimes)
- 1 canned tuna + 1/3 cup rice + sriracha + 1/2 red pepper
- Dinners
- steak/buffalo (250-300g) and broccoli (7-8 florets)
- 500g fish (salmon or sea bass) and asparagus (1/2 bunch)
- pork ribs (4-5 ribs) and brussel sprouts (10-15)
- 3-4 lamb chops and a vegetable
- beef stew (250g) and broccoli (4-5 florets)
- sensitive marinara + rice noodles + mince (250g) + broccoli (4-8 florets)
- stir fry - steak/buffalo (250-300g) , rice, mushrooms, red bell pepper (1/2), bok choy (1 whole), primal kitchen teriyaki
