• Observations from treatments
  • Left Shoulder/Arm
    • more stable since last round of injections
    • one line of pain from front edge of upper humerus, runs down arm to elbow on outside of arm
      • Most prominent when doing humerus IR ROM exercise
  • Left Ribs
    • burning/aching in lower left ribs much better. sometimes still occurs at end of long day, but intensity much lower.
  • Left Forearm
    • slight improvement after manual therapy
  • Pelvis/Right Hip
    • less SIJ pain, still feels like left muscles aren't firing to counteract the right dominance
  • Left Knee
    • some pain in VMO area after running or cycling

  • Notes from exercise

    • Hiking - felt like adductors were overworked after 5mi hike. No lingering issues, lasted 1-2 hours post hike.
    • Running - knee pain did not reoccur, some tightness/discomfort when running under medial maleolus on right.
    • Cycling - left knee pain after ride - bottom of knee cap and medial side of knee cap
