  • After eliminating my sensitivities and allergies my food habits changed from the food log - below is a list of the things I tend to eat at the moment.
  • Breakfast (find it hard to find good options here)
    • 1 Rice Cake + vegemite
    • Coffee
    • Lunches
    • Protein Shake
      • Rice Protein (1 scoop) [True Nutrition]
      • Superfood (1 scoop) [Biotest]
    • optional - 1 banana
    • Salad
      • 1 Cucumber
      • 1/2 Avocado
      • protein greens (organic girl) - approx 120grams
      • a protein - turkey Pattie / left over steak / left over buffalo (100grams)
    • Platter
      • hummus / buba ganoush
      • 2-3 carrots / 1/2 red bell pepper
      • 1/2 avocado
      • 100g beef liver (sometimes)
    • 1 canned tuna + 1/3 cup rice + sriracha + 1/2 red pepper
    • Dinners
    • steak/buffalo (250-300g) and broccoli (7-8 florets)
    • 500g fish (salmon or sea bass) and asparagus (1/2 bunch)
    • pork ribs (4-5 ribs) and brussel sprouts (10-15)
    • 3-4 lamb chops and a vegetable
    • beef stew (250g) and broccoli (4-5 florets)
    • sensitive marinara + rice noodles + mince (250g) + broccoli (4-8 florets)
    • stir fry - steak/buffalo (250-300g)  , rice, mushrooms, red bell pepper (1/2), bok choy (1 whole), primal kitchen teriyaki
