    • Bold goal: "engage with the innovation community" - Bein invited to review for TechCon 2026
      • Invited to be reviewer for TechCon 2026 (Active member of TechCon review team for 5+ years)
      • Part of editing team for Merlin paper
      • Note: Achieved, but hadn't updated Bold Goal tracking. Progress reported to Tanu in weekly update.
    • Bold goal: Boost Revenue by Driving customer-centric innovation (created September 2 2025
      • As this goal has only been inplay for under 3 months, there has only been minor progress; however, there has been some progress towards this goal.
      • Am currently working with sales teams for NTT/GTT/Foodstuffs NZ on defining ISV integration requirements, and in the da

    • 1 - think big
      • Thoughts on 2025: Often thinking Big Picture requires understanding the business context in which you are working and driving to support the organizational goals within the context of what is viable in the current climate. A good example is the ISV vision I created and presented, detailing how our organization could adjust to develop an strong ISV ecosystem (as noted by Tanu in the Eval summary "developed a well-thought-out plan to strengthen our partner ecosystem moving forward."). This vision required some minimal investment from the org but that was no viable in FY25.
      • Additionally I would argue that being aware of the importance of the 'tactical' items and ensuring they are picked up is part of thinking big.
      • (side note to bring up: I feel that i could have played a bigger strategic role if I was working the PCCP items - esp. given my 10+ years in roles defining and validating large/complex multi/hybrid cloud solutions )
      • in Product Mgmt - Lead first of its kind (for HPE) partnership with Equinix incl. unique pricing agreement with Equinix. 90% of this 2 year project involved driving net new thinking in HPE with multiple new processes developed to enable the program (which I have contined to support during FY25).
      • Previous roles:

        • in GTM - Thought leadership on Solution Bundle Development and Selling frameworks to help retrain HPE sellers to operate in a cloud-centric selling motion. Presented at leadership conference on Hybrid Cloud strategy and how we needed to pivot to meet the market.
        • in A&PS - Developed App Modernization strategy, drove development of Analytical Hierarchy process to imporve Application assessment outcomes
        • In A&PS - Developed security consulting offerings, co-designed and developed technical methodology for field teams. Lead development on the MVC methodology and tooling to accelerate enagements.
      • Lorenzo Gonzales [2022] - Your perspective, strategic and customer-centric, adds a relevant diversity to the initiatives aiming to transform our company: we need to evolve all parts of our organizations in the direction that you master. This is a strength we do need to leverage as much as we can.
    • 2 - Proactive comms
      • Not proactively communicating issues/gaps - I struggle to understand statement. I tried numerous times to raise key issues early on (WLE SKU need, potential to lose Core team continuity, etc) and each time was met with dismissal of these items by Tanu. One of the items, the WLE SKU then feel to me months later to drive to completion. I feel if I had been enabled to act on this earlier it would have improved our ties/partnership with the sales team (that needed this formalized to make life easier).
      • Andrea Mossman - Stuart is Proactive and always follows up / follows through. I never have to chase Stuart for replies, which I greatly appreciate
      • Parissa - Stuart has served as a reliable source of information for all ISV partner updates relative to Morpheus Enterprise and Morpheus VM Essentials. His organized and structured method of communication on ISV validations and plug-ins enable his internal (BU leads) and external customers (field - sales and presales) to have a single source of truth at their fingertips. Additionally, Stuart has been responsive in providing information, reviewing documents, providing valuable feedback, and collaborating on a consistent basis which is highly beneficial for others in the organization.
      • James Shupe: Youre highly competent, direct, and solution-focused. You cut through noise, address issues head-on, and keep projects moving efficiently. That combination of clarity and follow-through sets a strong tone for collaboration, and is definitely worth continuing to lean into.
  • Ready for next
    • Have previously held roles of for 6+ years. Director (2017-2021) and Director II (2021-2023) in HPE.
    • Have directly lead teams of 15+ both from an employee development standpoint and day-to-day tactical context.
    • Have been part of HPE leadership teams defining offering roadmaps, technical direction, strategic direction....
  • Tanu
    • No 1:1s for since 10/27 - she cancelled them
    • All 1:1s purely tactical, no
    • Had little to do with my day to day activities
