- Observations from treatments
- Left Shoulder/Arm
- pec - less 'overactive', but still fires during the isometrics
- reduced pain in lateral delt (no pain doing isometrics, or new band isometrics)
- pain in gripping unchanged
- pain typically in proximal end of forearm near elbox (and often feels like it's through the joint)
- Left Ribs
- ribs feel 'free' (if anything right ribs feel tight)
- burning/aching in lower left ribs - often builds over the day
- Left Forearm
- no change
- Pelvis/Right Hip
- left 'peeing dog' felt easier
- no hip hike when Sarah B. evaluated on 4-30-25
- Left Knee
- less clicking
- some pain in VMO area after slow 3Mi run
- Stomach / Esophagus
- Saw GI who prescribed Mastic Gum, Aloe Juice, ginger as first thing to try
- suspected SIBO
- follow up in 6 weeks, may do gastric emptying test.
- Right TMJ
- no TMJ events this week
- Left Shoulder/Arm
- Areas to explore/address (in order of priority)
- Left Forearm
- pain on gripping/lifting
- often aches in elbow crease
- noticed difference in ER/IR compared to right, possible bony misalignment?
- Left Ribs
- dull ache/muscular burning sensation in left left torso at same level
- Left Shoulder
- muscle coordination issues
- Left rhomboid - under firing
- Left Lat - firing at wrong time (ie. fires when doing 'wall punch' isometric)
- Left trap - overactive (firing when raising arms)
- hard to fire small posterior rotator cuff muscle
- muscle coordination issues
- Stomach / Esophagus
- gravelly throat, hoarse, burping
- worse since addressing FIT intolerances
- possibly driven by internal dysfunction?
- Right TMJ
- 'slips' when chewing hard items (e.g. tough meat)
- Get acute burning sensation through TMJ and ear canal when it slips - lasts 2-3 minutes
