      • Felt really good - no form issues
    • Tris 14 5x5
    • underhand barbell row 25 : 5x5
      • Add weight next week
    • Bench 115 (35) : 1x3, 35+10: 4x3
      • Left should hurt - front
      • Close to failure on set 3 and 4
