- Famotiidine 10mg twice daily
- Consider addition of Ketotifen 0.25mg daily given symptoms history of GI/skin issues and IgE elevation.
- Agree with referral to Allergy/Immunology- Dr. Hariri to determine if candidate for further antihistamines and possibly xolair.
- Labs: comp panel, cbc with diff anti IgE and repeat IgE, copper, copper RBC, ceruloplasmin.
- Please introduce the following supplement one at a time once per week in the following priority:
- MagMind® (90 capsules) (Jarrow Formulas):
- Please take 1 capsules in the evening and increase by 1 capsule every 3 days up to 3 capsules nightly
- Replace with NeuroMag
- P5P 50 (60 capsules) (Pure Encapsulations): Please take 1 capsule x once per day
- B12-2000 (60 lozenges) (Biotics Research): Please take 1 lozenge x once per day / anytime.
- Omega-3 3 capsules daily
- CoQnol (Ubiquinol) 100mg (60 Softgels) (Designs for Health): Please take 1 softgel x once per day / anytime (with a meal.).
- Plant Sterols (60 capsules) (Ortho Molecular Products): Please take 1 capsule x once per day / anytime.
- Ther-Biotic Factor 1 (Lactobacillus rhamnosus)
- Probiotic (60 capsules) (Klaire Labs/SFI Health): Please take 1 capsule x once per day / anytime (Capsules may be pulled apart and nutrients taken separately.).
- Will consider oral ImmunoIgG pending response to above
- MagMind® (90 capsules) (Jarrow Formulas):
- Invitae genetic testing including autoinflammatory/autoimmune, connective tissue, primary immunodeficiency, comprehensive lipidemia,, hereditary angioedema (will be ordering kit which should be arriving to your home)
- Please establish with Nutritionist Morgan as scheduled and discuss the following:
- Resumption of pea protein
- Onboarding elmhurst almond milk
- Follow up with 3 months
